We offer you from 3 months to 12 months of warranty, from the purchase date on our products.

-All repairs and replacements to clients, are done by our manufacturer or supplier so Please allow up to 2 weeks business days for our manufacturer or supplier technicians team to check out your returned items.
Please NOTE! Manufacture warranty does Not cover any damage cause by user (eg. use of incorrect voltage, water damage, etc). To claim manufacture warranty, we have to ship the item back to manufacture for verification.

- Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on all merchandise returned to us for exchange or warranty repairs.

-All defective items being returned must be packed as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.

-If the returned product is found NOT DEFECTIVE we will return the original working part to you at your expense for the return shipping costs and you will be responsible for a testing fee of usd 25 and buyer is responsible to pay for shipping the item back.

- If warranty seal or sticker is broken or has been tampered with the product will no longer have any warranty, and we will no longer be liable for the repair or replacement of your product.
